Used Containers: Cost-Effective and Ready for Use
Used containers are a cost-effective and sustainable alternative. Every unit is professionally inspected and refurbished. Depending on the project, we can also discuss a buy-back option for the end of the term.
Comparison: New, Used, Rental or Lease-Purchase
| Option | Advantages | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|
| New | Maximum service life, full customization and warranty | Permanent installations, branded units and bespoke requirements |
| Used | Lower purchase cost, short lead times and reuse | Cost-conscious projects and rapid expansion |
| Rental/Lease-Purchase | Low initial capital requirement, predictable payments and flexibility | Temporary use, fixed-term projects and events |
Configuration and Equipment
Configure your container for its intended use:
- Exterior and appearance: RAL colours, wraps, additional doors, tilt-and-turn windows and canopies
- Comfort and climate control: insulation, heating, cooling and ventilation
- Interior fit-out: flooring, partitions, furnishings and security packages
- Electrical and sanitary: outlets and lighting, distribution boards, sinks, toilets, showers and water heaters
Container Prices: What Determines the Cost?
The cost depends on the intended use and specification. The main factors are:
- Size and type (office, sanitary/toilet, storage or shipping container)
- New or used (condition and one-trip units)
- Insulation and climate control (winter use and energy requirements)
- Equipment (windows, doors, electrical and sanitary systems, interior fit-out)
- Delivery and installation (distance, postcode, crane access and foundations)
- Permits (local requirements and permitted placement periods)
