A Two-Storey Modular Site Office for a Major Vienna Construction Project
During construction of Austro Control’s headquarters in Vienna’s 3rd district, CHV supplied a two-storey modular facility for site management and project coordination. Developed for Swietelsky, the installation provided more than 500 m² of temporary office space directly alongside the works.
The ground floor combined offices and meeting rooms with storage space, a fully equipped kitchen and modern sanitary facilities. A central circulation zone formed from interconnected modules provided clear access between the working areas.
A covered external staircase led to the upper floor, where further offices, a large meeting room and an outdoor terrace expanded the available workspace. The arrangement created a practical separation of functions while keeping all project teams close to the construction site.
The facility was assembled from approximately 40 office, sanitary and access modules. Integrated electrical installations, heating and air conditioning supported comfortable year-round use. The project demonstrates how CHV office modules can be combined into a substantial, professionally equipped working environment.
This modular building was planned around the site, assembled efficiently and designed to be removed when the construction phase was complete. It provided the space and infrastructure required for a major project without committing the site to a permanent office building.
