Two-Story Modular Construction Office AustroControl

The impressive new corporate headquarters of Austro Control is being built in Schnirchgasse in Vienna’s 3rd district. The construction of the imposing, 136-meter-high “Austro Towers” is scheduled for completion by the end of 2021. To efficiently coordinate the complex construction work, a two-story container facility was erected, serving as a modern and functional construction office and providing a generous office space of over 500 m².

The ground floor of this state-of-the-art container facility houses well-equipped offices and meeting rooms that meet the needs of site management and local construction supervision. Additionally, there are ample storage facilities, a fully equipped kitchen for team catering, and modern toilet and sanitary facilities. The central access, consisting of four interconnected containers, ensures optimal accessibility to all offices.

A covered outdoor staircase leads to the upper floor, where a spacious meeting room, additional offices, and an inviting terrace with a railing are located. This terrace not only offers a pleasant break area but also an inspiring view of the surrounding construction site.

The container facility consists of a total of 40 CHV-300 office containers and two sanitary containers, located on both the ground and upper floors. With comprehensive electrical installation, efficient heating, and air conditioning systems, a comfortable working environment is created that meets the high demands of a construction project of this magnitude.
