Multi-story modular construction office building for Boehringer Ingelheim
In Vienna’s 21st district, CHV has erected a temporary, multi-story construction office container complex for Boehringer Ingelheim. This facility consists of approximately 45 6-meter office containers, sanitary containers, and corridor containers, covering about 400 square meters over two floors. The container complex provides fully air-conditioned office spaces, a comprehensive security system, modern electrical systems and lighting, as well as internet connections.
The robust modular container construction provides a stable and secure working environment for on-site employees. The facility features an internal staircase, allowing convenient access between floors. Each floor is equipped with large windows that provide ample natural light and create a pleasant working environment. Additionally, the ground-floor windows are fitted with security bars, further enhancing the facility’s safety.
The fully equipped sanitary containers offer modern sanitary facilities, ensuring the comfort and hygiene of users. The office containers feature a flexible and modular design, allowing them to be easily adapted to different requirements. The corridor containers connect the various areas of the complex, ensuring smooth and safe movement of personnel within the building.
