For the renowned Denzel car dealership in Graz, we completed a modern container facility as a new showroom. The facility spans a usable area of over 100 m² and offers ample space for sales areas, a sales office, a garage with driveway and roller shutter door, as well as a secondary roof with skylights. The showroom, consisting of eight 6-metre single containers, features a fixed-glazed shopfront that enables an attractive presentation of the vehicles.

The fixed-glazed front is made of toughened safety glass, which not only provides an excellent view of the vehicles on display, but also ensures safety and protection. The generous glass design creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere inside, attracting potential customers and enhancing the purchasing experience. In addition, the glass front enables a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas and strengthens the car dealership’s visual presence.

In addition, the facility was equipped with a complete electrical and IT installation to ensure smooth operation. This includes modern socket and lighting systems as well as network connections, ensuring seamless integration of sales technology and communication systems. The integrated air-conditioning units and heating systems are strategically positioned to ensure even temperature distribution, providing a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter.

The garage, equipped with an automatic roller shutter door, provides easy and secure access to the vehicles. The garage floor is reinforced and finished with a non-slip coating to ensure safety and functionality.
