Compact Air-Conditioning Unit for Office Containers

Compact cooling designed around the container

This self-contained air-conditioning unit provides approximately 3.5 kW / 12,000 BTU/h of cooling for compatible CHV office containers. It fits the dedicated climate-control opening used across the relevant office-container range, avoiding the separate indoor and outdoor units required by a conventional split system.

Most compatible CHV office containers can be prepared with the required opening, electrical connection and plug during production. When no air-conditioning unit is installed, the opening is closed with a matching cover. This allows the container to be specified for immediate installation or prepared for a later upgrade.

CHV can install and seal the unit in the workshop before delivery or fit it on site where the container and electrical preparation are suitable. A remote control is included for convenient day-to-day operation.

As general guidance, the unit may support spaces of up to approximately 75 m³. Actual performance depends on insulation, solar exposure, occupancy, equipment heat loads and the required indoor temperature. CHV can assess whether this compact unit or a split or multi-split system is the better option for the intended container and operating conditions.
