For demanding technical applications in plant engineering, CHV has developed a customized 12-meter technical container that serves as a central control point. This high-cube double-door ISO container combines functionality with maximum safety and robustness and is ideal for use in challenging conditions. The technical container is based on a 40-foot high-cube double-door sea container and offers 66.4 m³ of volume and a usable area of 29 m². The seaworthy bright steel construction according to ISO standards has two steel double doors on the front and back as well as an additional security door on the side entrance, which ensures maximum accessibility and security.

High-quality construction and sophisticated specifications

Inside, the container is lined with polished galvanized sheet metal, which not only provides additional durability but also facilitates maintenance. The reinforced and raised floor allows easy access to connections and cabling. A double floor construction provides space for switch boxes and facilitates the organization of technical equipment. The insulation with PU panels on the roof and walls ensures a controlled climate, supported by a modern split air conditioning system. The electrical installations are surface-mounted and include switches and lighting that meet the technical requirements of plant engineering. In addition, complete EDP cabling has been integrated to ensure optimal functionality.
