Robust Construction
Steel Frame
CHV containers are built for long service life and dependable performance. The load-bearing core of every office container is a steel frame construction consisting of four corner posts, two longitudinal beams in the floor and roof, and two cross members in the floor and roof. All units use cold-formed, welded steel profiles with ISO corner castings, manufactured with modern welding technology for consistent quality. The self-supporting frame system is available with an internal room height of 2.5 m and provides a stable basis for flexible use. Additional room heights are available on request.

Flexible Wall Elements
CHV office containers use a proven wall panel system that supports high adaptability. Wall and door components can be exchanged quickly, allowing layouts to be adjusted for use as office, accommodation, site, or sanitary units. The wall elements combine insulation performance with a clean finish: exterior walls use galvanised, coated sheet metal with mineral wool insulation and an interior lining board, providing strong thermal and acoustic performance for an energy-efficient indoor environment.

Roof & Floor
The roof and floor system is designed for durability, weather resistance, and everyday comfort. The roof is built from galvanised, coated steel profiles and fully galvanised sheet steel, with mineral wool insulation layers supporting strong thermal performance. The floor combines a robust steel frame with efficient insulation, forklift pockets for easy handling, and a cement-bonded board layer for added stability and protection. Together, these components create a long-lasting, practical workspace solution.

Office containers can be finished in a wide range of RAL colours to match your site requirements or corporate design. This makes it easy to create a consistent appearance across facilities and projects—whether you want a neutral, low-visibility finish or a branded look for customer-facing applications. On request, CHV can support additional visual options such as signage solutions or coordinated exterior elements.

Indoor Climate
Für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgen rund-um mit Feuerfester Mineralwolle Isolierte Wände, Decke und Fußboden. Die innen mit … lackierte Wände sorgen zusätzlich für ein wohl-fühl Ambiente. Im Winter sorgt E-Flachwandkonvektoren 2 kW thermostatgesteuert für angenehme Innen-Temperaturen. Die dicht isolierten Fenster bieten dabei den nötigen Schutz vor Aussen Kälte. Im Sommer steht eine optionales Klimagerät für die Abkühlung zur Verfügung für das einfache nachrüsten wird eine Klimaöffnung mit den notwendigen Anschlussstecker vorinstalliert. Schalossien bieten hierbei im Sommer Schutz vor Sonne.
Flooring
Lighting & Daylight
Large windows provide ample daylight and bright interiors throughout the day. Roller shutters support privacy and room darkening when needed, and also add an extra layer of security when the unit is not in use. The interior lighting concept can be configured to match your workspace requirements, from standard light bars to expanded socket and switch placement.

Indoor Climate
A comfortable indoor climate is supported by insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floor using fire-resistant mineral wool. The interior wall finish creates a bright, professional workspace atmosphere. For winter operation, an optional 2 kW electric wall convector with thermostat control provides reliable heating. Insulated windows reduce heat loss and drafts. For summer use, an optional air-conditioning unit can be installed; for easier retrofit, a prepared AC opening and the required connection can be specified in advance. External shutters provide additional protection from direct sunlight.

Electrical Installation
Electrical installation in CHV office containers is designed for safety, functionality, and a clean finish. Cabling is routed flush (concealed where applicable) and built to relevant standards (ÖVE / DIN / CE, depending on configuration), supporting a neat appearance and straightforward maintenance. Power connection can be provided via a 400V / 32A CEE plug. A distribution board with RCD protection and individually fused circuits ensures reliable supply for lighting and equipment. Efficient light bars and practical Schuko sockets complete the setup for everyday use.
